Hey there! My name is Taelor & I'm the heart-led leader of SOS. I'm so happy you're here! I'm a trauma-sensitive advocate + educator, Certified Trauma Professional, & Doctor of Occupational Therapy with a background in childhood trauma & trauma-sensitive programming. I'm also a fellow trauma survivor with complex trauma and ADHD.

My mission here at SOS is to change the way trauma is treated & understood for survivors, and professionals who serve others. I show up authentically from my survivor POV, & bring my professional knowledge + tools into the mix to help survivors in overcoming & healing from childhood & other traumas.

At SOS, you can expect plenty of resources & avenues of support such as the free social media content, rotating online courses, 1:1 coaching resources, & allowing space for the steps forward that seem right for you in survivor-led healing.
